Meet the Team

Santhosh is a 10th grade student in Frisco ISD and founder of Earth & Us. He started the organization after realizing that many younger students could identify environmental problems but didn't understand the systems behind them. He wanted to create a program that would help elementary students see how their daily actions—throwing away lunch trays, crossing storm drains, playing on hot playgrounds—connect to bigger environmental and public health issues.

When he's not running Earth & Us, Santhosh loves spending time outdoors, reading about environmental science, and working on his own sustainability projects. He dreams of Earth & Us becoming a model for environmental education across Texas schools.

Seth Williams is an experienced environmental programs advisor with Frisco ISD. He brings deep knowledge of environmental education best practices, school sustainability initiatives, and community partnerships. Seth's guidance and mentorship have been instrumental in shaping Earth & Us's programs and ensuring they align with school district priorities.

With years of experience supporting environmental education in schools, Seth helps Earth & Us connect with educators, develop curriculum that meets educational standards, and expand workshop opportunities across Frisco ISD. His commitment to environmental stewardship and student-led learning makes him a valuable advisor to our team.
